Waste Management Advisory Programme (1987 - ?)

The Waste Management Advisory Programme (WAMAP) was established by the IAEA in 1987 to help developing countries to set up their own systems for dealing with nuclear wastes. In the same year they began sending WAMAP mission to Member States.
